By using Makiaveli, you agree to these terms. Don't worry, they're short.
The deal
- You give us a valid email and agreement to these terms.
- We give you access to the platform: project creation, AI agent, preview bundler, publish flow, credits, and everything else described in /docs.
Your content is yours
Every project, file, message, and published site you create on Makiaveli is your property. We do not claim any IP rights. On Pro and Enterprise tiers you can download the full source as a .zip anytime.
Our content is ours
The Makiaveli brand, logo, design, and source code of the platform itself are owned by the project maintainers. You may self-host (the repo is open source on GitHub) but please don't rebrand a fork as Makiaveli without permission.
Billing
- Free tier includes monthly credits ($0.50/month) and a 1-credit welcome bonus.
- Pro tier is $19.99/month for 50 projects, 50 published sites, and $20 monthly credits.
- Enterprise tier is $149.99/month for unlimited everything, custom domains, and priority support.
- Credits are non-refundable but carry over month-to-month as long as your account is active.
- Cancel anytime — your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Makiaveli to build illegal content, malware, phishing sites, CSAM, or apps that harass specific people. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty
The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but can't guarantee 100% uptime. If something catastrophic breaks, let us know via /support.
Changes
We might update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and email you if the changes materially affect your account.
